Guidelines for Full Paper Submission and Registration

• Initial registration along with abstract submission does not involve payment. Authors can register through the google form and upload the abstracts.


• Full paper uploading stage will be accompanied by the following steps


• Step 1 - Upload the Full paper and the scanned copy of signed Copyright Transfer Agreement Form in the specified template attached below using the following link.

• Step 2: Upload the Extended Abstract incorporating comments from the double blinded peer review process in the specified template attached below using the following link.

• Step 3: Register for the event using the link MGD4.0 Registration Form
  
  Details of Registration Fees:

  Categories	Payment
  Authors	₹3500 (₹1500 will be refunded on acceptance of the paper)
  Delegates	₹3500
  Student Authors	₹3000 (₹1500 will be refunded on acceptance of the paper)
  Student Delegates	₹3000

Registration Guidelines

• Registration of at least one author is mandatory for publication and attending the conference. Co-authors, if attending, are requested to register separately as delegates using the delegate registration form. (Registration fees includes conference kit, food coupons, hardcopy of proceedings, workshops)
• Payment must be made in INR. The conference organizers will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
• The author of the paper will be notified of the status of the submitted papers. In case the paper gets rejected the author will receive a full refund. Authors of accepted papers will receive a refund of part of the registration fees on the last day of the conference.
• Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if anyone is not able to participate in the conference.
